4 - half hour sesssions;Custom designed sessions to help boot the body's ability to heal itself and to aid in pain relief and relaxation. Each 30 minute session may include a combination of energy work modalities such as Reiki, Polarity, Healing/Nurturing Touch, CranioSacral Therapy or Reflexology. Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques when appropriate. Guided meditation and visualization techniques may be used for help in pain management, to promote healing or aid in traditional treatment effectiveness. Studies at Johns-Hopkins and Stanford University hospitals show increased success in cancer treatments when accompanied by alternative healing practices such as visualization and energy work.
